Overview of the role
This role is to lead our client’s fixed income trading team, which trade on both the short end and long end of the curve.

The Trading Department is responsible for making day-to-day trading decisions. The team trades on various financial markets using their own capital and takes on relatively low risk trades.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

- Have a good understanding of many factors including different trading strategies and system design.
- Be able to trade in a high frequency, risk averse fashion with a technology and automation focus.

- Be product specialists and preferably have expertise in both markets.

- Be strong in terms of broker contacts

- Need an exceptionally strong track record as a producer and also have leadership expertise

- Have 7+ years experience (5 years minimum)
