European Head of Operational Risk recruitment
A truly global bank with offices in over 30 countries and strategic relationships with over 3,000 banks around the globe are looking for someone to join their team and lead the European Operational Risk Function.
The Operational Risk side of the European Business has been established for around 4 years so is in its infancy and will provide the right candidate a solid base from which to develop the operational risk framework further with particular focus on Loss Data Prevention and RCSA. The company is operating the standardised approach although the US branch is working towards the AMA style of operational risk.
The ideal candidate will have experience of wholesale banking and have deep knowledge of operational risk with experience in implemeting a framework and policies. Experience in reporting, liaising and influencing with senior individuals is a must.
