European Institutional Sales recruitment
Within a very successful European Sales team, you will be developing and managing established client relationships and attracting new assets for the business with European Institutional fund buyers; focusing in one of multiple investor categories including corporate and public pension plans, endowments and foundations, insurance companies, family offices, fund of funds and sovereign wealth funds. You will be actively involved in presentations to clients and prospective investors and the follow-up necessary to give investors comfort regarding the firm’s experience and capabilities
You will have experience of appropriate investor targeting from established relationships and managing the evaluation of potential client relationships. You will be working closely with the investment teams and others in its global client team, making optimal use of capabilities and relationship networks. You will provide information and support to consultant relations and client relationship management teams and coordinate sales activities with members of product management and consultant relations teams to develop new business relationships
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience
- Proven sales experience serving in a business development capacity within a recognized and respected diversified financial services or consulting firm
- Experience working with sophisticated investors regarding their asset allocation needs and substantial relationships with senior levels of authority within the institutional investor base
- Experience selling Credit, Debt, Fixed Income products is essential
- Working knowledge of commercial real estate (debt and equity) and real assets(commodities) is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self starter with internal drive and a focus on building the overall business adhering to a disciplined sales process

- Possess strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and have the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts, ideas and processes with the proven presence, maturity and credibility to present effectively to external investors and internal colleagues.
