The assignment will start as soon as possible and is likely to end in January 2013. The role reports to a Lead Recruiter and takes primary responsibility for the end to end delivery of recruitment campaigns within a range of business areas across different levels.
Your role will include:
- Providing advice and consultation to Hiring Managers on Recruitment matters and develop and agree appropriate recruiting approaches to meet Hiring Manager needs
- Lead ongoing candidate generation, through direct sourcing and selective use of on-line media, of top quality candidates
- Influence the Hiring Manager and/or VP on the recruitment process to deliver an agreed, viable plan that meets business needs for each requirement
- Deliver agreed levels of placements to time, cost and quality within your business area(s)
- Develop expert knowledge of the technical requirements, environment and culture of the relevant business area.
In return, you’ll bring:
- Demonstrable hands-on full lifecycle recruitment experience at up to at least senior management level in a fast-paced organization.
- International recruitment experience is desirable
- In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilising a range of methods and sources
- Clear evidence of success in developing strong, trusted relationships with the business/clients at senior level
- Understanding and delivery of best in class recruitment methodologies, processes, technologies and tools
- Fluent English
