Our client based in North London is currently looking to recruit a European Support Representative. The successful candidate will have a proven sales/customer support background.

The overall responsibilities of the position will consist of;

• Order processing and sending invoices
• Answering customer questions - technical, service and sales related
• Act as liaison between customers and internal groups as necessary
• Update and maintain records
• Track orders and renewals
• Provide reports on all areas of activity
• Send company marketing information to customers

Key skills required:

• Strong sales support/administration background

• Advanced knowledge of word, excel and In-house database systems

• Proven experience of meeting strict deadlines

• Customer support experience
