European Trader
Major Prop Trading Firm is looking for a trader as part of our European shift team. The required work schedule for this position is from 2:00 am to 9:00 am.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage an algorithmic trading platform which is operating in various global derivatives markets using proprietary trading software.
- Independently monitor the vast trading system to identify problems.
- Actively interact with Sr. Portfolio Managers and strategy researchers to identify, develop and improve trading strategies.
- Review all transactions to ensure consistency of trades through front and back office systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering major
- Good problem solving skills under pressure
- Great attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Must be motivated, dependable and responsible
