Event Co-ordinator Job in Wiltshire, South West UK
Title: Event Co-ordinator, Salary: Up to 16K, Location: Wiltshire. An exciting role as an Event Co-ordinator has arisen with an excellent event agency.
Responsibilities of the Event Co-ordinator are:
- Dealing with all the clients event requirements and making sure all information is escalated to the correct departments
- Working with the corporate events team from conception to completion
- Participating in event venue find requirements
- Making sure all relevant and required event related paperwork and administration work is up to date
- Attending events (where required)
- Any other duties required by the role
Requirements for the Event Co-ordinator are:
- Experience in corporate events/venue find from an agency/hotel background
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Ability to negotiate, listen and act effectively
- The ability to work in a team as well and individually
- Flexibility to working hours
