Our client is a global event management company with offices in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the UK. They deliver a wide range of events from product launches to conferences and incentive travel trips across some fantastic locations. Their clients are impressive and include the likes of Google and IBM and the services they offer include full event management as well as a new focus on creative event production.

As part of their exciting UK growth plans they are recruiting an Event Coordinator into their events department. Working underneath a team of Event Managers and Directors this role will be responsible for:

• Researching venues
• Sourcing suppliers
• Supporting senior team members with logistics
• Delegate management
• Flight and accommodation booking
• On-site support
• Cost management

The ideal candidate will either have an Events Degree or be a Coordinator currently in another agency or incentive company, ideally having worked on international events. A real drive for success and a sense of fun are so important for this company who will offer great career progression. A year's experience with Galileo combined with fluency in either French or German will give you an added advantage when applying for this role!
