This is an excellent opportunity for an Event Manager to join a leading financial institution based in London to market internal and external events.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recommending and establishing creative events programs and sourcing promotional material.
Responsibilities
- Researching creative ideas and presenting briefs
- Preparation of all logistics
- Budget preparation cost/terms negotiation
- On-site attendance management at most conferences events
- Budget resolution, invoice processing and post-event evaluation analysis
- Supplier review, selection and relationship management
- Generating management information to aid the relationship management advisory budgeting process
- Managing key business relationships
- Managing and coaching Event Coordinators
- Setting objectives and measuring performance
- Allocating conferences events
- Partnering with other team members projects to improve processes and provide better quality service to internal external clients
