We are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Events Manager to work for a leading Asset Management firm based in the city of London. This is a permanent full mix Events position perfect for somebody who is fluent in German, who has Event experience looking to step up to manager level.
The Event Manager will develop annual event plans for Sales team/business ensuring that all key clients and prospects are targeted through appropriate event type, create event brief for all events covering all aspects of delivery (including venue, logistics and marketing and communications support), develop time-line for events in that channel and agree all key deliverables and delivery dates.
You will agree event budget with key stakeholders and manage budget and provide regular progress updates and ensure effective stakeholder management and well as work closely with third party agencies
