Events Manager, Global Communications recruitment
This newly established role sits within a small centralised team at HSBC and will have interaction with all business areas. As Events Manager you will be tasked with executing events of varying scales for the Group as well as the CEO and the wider executive team.
Further responsibilities include:
- Ensuring exceptional delivery of all tasks within a challenging and dynamic environment
- Establishing world-class hospitality and events to establish HSBC as the leader within the industry
- Providing a high-level of customer service to both staff and clients
- Bringing creativity and new ideas to events from inception to completion
- Budgeting, reporting and risk control in line with HSBC’s policies
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining excellent personal relationships with senior executives, team members, the wider businesses and suppliers. A proven track record of coordinating events at this level in a professional, consistent and timely manner is essential. Additional languages would be an advantage but not essential.
