Responsibilities of Project Manager for Distribution Marketing Meetings: - Create maintain timelines for ASM, SSM and GA Exchange - Write event registration communications and get compliance approval for ASM, SSM and GA Exchange - Project manages all parts of ASM and make sure teams are meeting deadlines - Project manages all parts of SSM and make sure teams are meeting deadlines - Project manages all parts of GA Exchange and make sure teams are meeting deadlines - Work with vendor on events mobile application (current - Grupio) - Work with vendor on registration site content development for ASM, SSM and GA Exchange - Liaison with project manager of Retail Sales Summit to compare agenda timing, breaks, production set-up, and where costs can be shared - Liaison with marketing contact on all meeting signage, collateral, shipping - Assist onsite with breakout sessions, materials, direction Project Manager to maintain Incentive Program timelines/communications: - Work strategically with Events team Marketing on necessary internal content logistics - Create maintain communications timelines for 3 IWM incentive trips (BGA, Wholesale, Retail) - Write promotional logistical communications and obtain compliance approval for 3 IWM incentive trips - Work with vendor on registration site content for 3 IWM incentive trips
