EVP Project Manager
My client, a global leading financial services organisation based in Canary Wharf, is looking for an interim Learning and Development professional to join them on a contract basis for a period of 9 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with EVP experience to join and lead a large initiative within a global bank. The primary focus of this role is to provide strategic support in addition to developing, leading and managing the project plan for a group wide Employee Value Proposition aligned to existing activity and initiatives. Due to the nature of the project, you must have strong stakeholder management skills and be confident at engaging with audiences at all levels, strong influencing and relationship skills
The successful candidate will have strong project and programme management knowledge with excellent planning and organisational skills, and ideally having led and managed large business projects and programmes including plan and budget, within a complex organisation.
Experience of designing and delivering employer branding or Employee Value Propositions is desirable but not essential. You must have experience working within a global matrix organisation, and an understanding of the financial markets.
