Excellent Opportunity – Lead trade application support Credit and Rates – NYC recruitment
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Specialist supporting a Front Office support environment become the Regional Lead of the Production Environment. You will be responsible for supporting a number of trading platforms liaising with multiple Front Office Trading Desks within the Fixed Income Rates and Credit team. You will be a technical Application Support Manager taking ownership of the projects and providing leadership of the team.
The Application Support Manager will have come from a technical background responsible for managing day to day trading support activities, incidents, problems and fixes within the trading application environment. Ideally, you will need to have experience in the Fixed Income trading support space with knowledge of Credit or Rates business.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Experience working in a Front Office Trade Support Environment
- Strong technical skills in Windows and Unix
- Knowledge of Databases such as Sybase, Oracle SQL
- Awareness of the SDLC
- Ideally experience and/or knowledge of Rates and Credit
