Opportunity

Supporting the MG Retail business, this role is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their career in the field of compliance within a leading asset management firm

Key responsibilities

- Working within a team of 4, the key area of responsibility for this role will be to support the oversight of operational activities performed by a range of Third Party Administrators on behalf of MG
- Oversight of, and provision of advice to, Third Party Administrators and Outsourced providers
- Review, assess and report on complaint and breach information from Third Party Administrators
- Assist in the assessment and implementation of changing regulations
- Provide compliance support to operational areas of the business in day to day issues arising
- Develop good working relationships with MG business units

What we are looking for

Ideally the candidate should have the following:

- Proven experience with a Transfer Agent or Third Party Administrator or similar compliance role required
- Good analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to self motivate, be proactive and balance priorities
- Enthusiasm and excellent communications skills are key requirements as are a willingness to take on new challenges.

The successful candidate will have a business focused approach to compliance.

Nice to Have
- Industry qualifications such as IAQ (IOC) qualification
- A knowledge of the practical application of FSA rules
- Knowledge or experience of middle or front office operations
- Knowledge of Luxembourg or Guernsey operations
