Exchange Traded Derivatives
The role is responsible for providing assistance in oversight of regulatory topics, offering pro-active advice of regulatory change and its application to Exchange Traded Derivatives activity, with the goal to address and mitigate issues and risks.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of US Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD)– Financial futures and options
- Margin with PC SPAN, customer statement review, reconciliations
- System set up, specifically statistic data
- Reporting including but not restricted to LTR, PCS, GCM
- Identify key control gaps to ensure controls are maintained and operational risk is minimized.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures. Work with FO and Compliance as needed to maintain controls and best practices
- Maintain compliance deliverables
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Visual Basic, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of financial products/electronic platforms: RN systems
- Working knowledge of Spanish an asset
