Overview:
Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) comprises three businesses: Corporate Finance, Markets and Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and includes regional coverage in the Bank's key growth areas.

Deutsche Bank's ETF platform, db X-trackers, is one of the leading providers in Europe and globally. First launched in 2007, there are over 200 db X-trackers ETFs listed across Europe and Asia. We are seeking a high calibre individual to join the ETF Product Development and Management team. Based in Birmingham, the role will be to work with the team in London on all aspects of the ETF platform.

Key Responsibilities:
*To devise and project manage the launch of new products - take ownership of drafting relevant legal documentation and co-ordinate the launch of products working effectively with colleagues in legal, middle office operations, trading, tax, finance and marketing and with external third party service providers (investment manager, custodian, administrator)
*Interaction with external parties such as stock exchanges and index providers
*To manage and enhance the existing product range - responsibility for ongoing running of platform, making changes/improvements where necessary, participation in board meetings
*Providing in depth technical knowledge support to sales and marketing colleagues - participation in client meetings and events

You will have:
*A strong academic background
*Proven fund product development experience within the asset management industry or within investment banking
*Strong technical knowledge of Undertaking for Collective Investments in Transferable Securities (UCITS) and investment products
*Knowledge of passive investing and derivatives
*Good project management skills
*Good communication skills and be a team player
*The ability to work under pressure - multi-tasking and delivering to tight deadlines
*Superior communication skills (written and verbal) with strict attention to detail
