Exchange Traded Products (ETP) Relationship Manager

As the ETP Relationship Manager you will undertake index consultations with clients, support advise index development and research teams, and deliver and promote FTSE Indices to ETP issuers.  You will be expected to work closely with the clients on their requirements, explain the products available, communicate with the Research department who will develop the product, nurture and maintain close relationships with the clients through the research and build periods, sell the product and ensure maximum client satisfaction from start to final handover of product. This process can take between 6 and 9 months.

You will support derivative products on FTSE indices by contributing to index consultations, assume a lead role in the promotion of the merits of the indices to Exchange Traded Fund and Over the Counter product issuers and contribute to research reports.

You will also support the  ETP service unit by playing an active role in the development of ETP service unit and research tools by responding to internal and external research enquiries related to index construction and development, and by developing and supporting ETP client relationships.
