We are looking for someone to work with 7 new sales people in the Melbourne Metropolitan area and take them from new to an established successful unit.
To assist this feat, Salmat will provide a 6 week training course for each person to further develop their attitude, skills and knowledge.

This role would involve:
- Travelling around Melbourne and
working in areas that are under penetrated - Strategically placing sales people in areas to suit their personalities
- Teaching sales people the basics of sales and its process
- Working towards a weekly/monthly sales target
- Maintaining sales metrics
- Executing short term incentives
