You will be responsible for defining and delivering the strategy to build a ‘new style’ of working comprising of large multi, complex business units.

It is must that you have previous experience providing coaching, training, and workshops to the business, influencing at all levels, but namely managing key stakeholders.

You must have proven experience of delivering complex change programmes over several years; of coaching senior executives to achieve organisational change; of developing and delivering training and communication strategies for large complex projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a person with strong interpersonal skills, gravitas and high impact.
