Execution Analyst (Real Estate Debt) recruitment
The successful candidate will be responsible for purely executing investment transactions for the firm’s Portfolio Managers within the Real Estate space across predominantly Europe but with a global reach.
Responsibilities include:
- Executing investment transactions in distressed Real Estate
- Working directly under a proven portfolio manager
- Underwriting of investments
- Involved in managing relationships with investors and other counterparties
- Contributing to determining overarching investment strategy for Europe
The ideal candidate will be an Execution Analyst currently residing in an established fund or prop desk with a sole focus on Real Estate debt investing. If you feel you match the below criteria, please apply;
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Previous background in an Inestment Bank, Fund or RE Platform
- Broad industry knowledge with extensive exposure to large scale transactions
- Fluency in foreign languages is highly desirable
- Outstanding academic background
