Executive Accounts Handler Job in Droitwich WR90DG, Midlands UK

As the successful candidate, you will need to be reactive in this fast pace environment and work efficiently under pressure. Main Responsibilities.

1. Effectively plan, overview and prioritise daily operations.
2. Use clear communication skills to build rapport with large key accounts.
3. React to any queries effectively and efficiently.
4. Upload data onto Excel spread sheet and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
5. Ensure all drivers are fully debriefed, all relevant systems are updated and the customer system is cross referenced daily.
6. Support live traffic plan, providing driver support and dealing with delivery/driver issues ensuring timely and appropriate actions are taken.
7. Ensure all delivery issues are communicated appropriately to the relevant departments to ensure that customer requirements are met.
8. Work closely with other departments to ensure that there is effective co-ordination of operational activity and that customer requirements are met.
9. Enter orders onto transport system as and when required and ensure daily cross check between customer order and planned activity.
10. Communicate effectively, politely and professionally between two separate company depots to ensure efficient transfer of information.
11. Ensure strict compliance to all business procedures and no actions are agreed without formal approval.
12. Carry out any other administration, duties and any other reasonable requests issued by the Management team.
