Job Description:
Must be extremely polished, articulate and have excellent computer skills
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support including:
- Calendar management, meeting coordination and logistics, planning and execution bi-annual sales conference, and management of TE reports
- Answers and screens phone calls
- Resolving caller issues when possible
- Communication with high level executives. Qualified candidate scans, saves, and files correspondences; distributes documents to division; pull documents from files as requested.
- Coordinates travel arrangements, including flights, trains, car rentals and/or car service, and hotel accommodations for business travel
- Provides assistance and information to Executive Directors, Managers and Staff Members in the department, as well as other departments, as needed
- Plans and executes department events according to set budgets, including choosing locations, sending invitations, and tracking responses
- Assists in general office management tasks, including but not limited to ordering supplies, booking conference rooms, processing invoices, submitting office services requests, and tech setup and orientation for new hires.
- Occasionally assists in preparing PowerPoint decks and other presentations to outside partners or other executives.

Qualifications/Requirements :
The ideal candidate will have:
GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Detailed, Polished and very Professional.
- Bachelors degree.
- Experience as an administrative or executive assistant (4-5 years)
- Exceptional facility and comfort with using Outlook, the standard MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Online research tools is a requirement
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and the ability to interact helpfully with department staff on all levels or seniority
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability; have the sense of decorum needed to communicate with and represent the department to the company's senior management and outside partners
- Versatility and willingness to take on reasonable degree of new responsibilities and learn new skills
- Resourcefulness and willingness to seek out answers before returning with more questions

An interest in marketing and education is a significant plus as is a pro-active, problem solving personality.

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor
