DaVita is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our growing Northeast Operations Team and support our Vice President of Operations. This individual will work in our office located in Wellesley, MA. We are looking for someone with proven excellence in an Executive Assistant role. Articulate written and verbal communication and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities is a MUST! As a DaVita executive assistant you will be called on to organize and schedule many events with internal teammates and external individuals. An ability to work with Microsoft Office applications is required-included a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You will constantly be learning new processes and technological applications, so we are looking for someone with a desire to grow personally and professionally. You will be asked to arrange meetings, make travel plans, and schedule appointments. DaVita functions as a very fast-pasted work environment, so your ability to work at a high level of proficiency is a must. Additional Responsibilities Schedule, organize, and/or coordinate meetings, events, training sessions, interviews, appointments, travel arrangement and conferences with internal and external individuals Manage Vice President's calendar and email Plan and coordinate presentations as requested; distribute information as requested Handle special projects and/or department specific assignments on an as-needed and sometimes urgent basis Here is what you can expect when you join our Village: A community first, company second culture based on Core Values that really matter.
