Responsibilities:
· Provide general administrative support to CEO including calendar and travel management.
· Provide administrative that will require the handling of confidential and sensitive information.
· Coordinate travel arrangements for the executive team as well as visitors/candidates.
· Prepare expense reports for the executive team.
· Provide support for board of director and related meetings included but not limited to scheduling/coordinating meetings and coordinating catering.
· Composes presentations and other documents as needed.
· Handles follow-up tasks as needed frequently interacting with people in senior leadership positions internally and externally to supply or obtain information.
Other tasks as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
· College degree required
· 10 years of executive admin experience with 3-5 years supporting a CEO is essential.
· Must have experience in hi-tech hardware company.
· Strong experience with calendaring and travel management and able to be to be proactive in finding new and innovative ways to cut down on travel costs.
· Must have start-up and public company experience ($300 - $500 million).
· A poised and active communicator with an ability to communicate internally with all levels of the organization and externally with customers and partners, both by phone and in person.
· Ability to exercise good judgment.
· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
· A strong work ethic.
· Experience handling confidential information.
· Outstanding communication, writing and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail.
· Superb computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and is comfortable at navigating the internet and using web video conferencing.
· Must be energetic and flexible bringing a high degree of commitment and can-do attitude to the team.
