Executive Administrative Assistant Job in New York 10021, New York Us
Administrative Assistant needed to support two Executives who travel all the time. This person must be able to handle heavy travel and expenses and be available 24/7 if needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to two executives
- Handle VERY heavy travel arrangements both domestic and international
- Manage multiple ever changing calendars
- Answer phones in a courteous manner, take detailed messages or forward calls accordingly
- Ability to work with Excel and update information relating to investments, meetings, etc.
- Organize heavy weekly and monthly expense reports
- Coordinate supplies, messenger service, UPS deliveries, etc.
- Conduct research on existing and potential investors
- Handle event coordination, reservations, rsvp’s, etc.
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three to five years of administrative experience
- Sufficient knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Must be available on weekends and weekdays via cell/blackberry as needed
- Able to multi task, be very detailed oriented, and extremely organized
