Job Description: Immediate need for Executive Administrative Assistant!!! Adecco, the work leader in Human Resources solutions providing temporary and full-time placement personnel, is assisting a large company in the eastern suburbs in staffing an experienced administrative assistant. This position is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to several senior management personnel and their staff for this established manufacturing company. Responsibilities will be to manage, maintain and organize daily calendars and schedule meetings for executive staff; coordinate and schedule travel arrangements for domestic and international trips; process expense reports, prepare high quality reports, presentations and other correspondence using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. This position will also screen and respond to all emails and calls and coordinate activities between departments. Applicants should have a minimum of five years experience supporting senior level management; advanced software skills; excellent organization and communication skills and a business school or college degree is preferred. Also needed is the ability to work independently, attention to detail and professional demeanor. This position is a direct hire position and will pay $35,000 - $40,000 based on experience.
