The Role:
Bloomberg's Core Terminal business is looking for an Executive Administrator to assist senior Core Terminal Global Sales managers. This role requires a team player, flexibility, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of management and employees. The desire to work as part of a larger team and understand organizational structure and protocol is critical. High-level of judgment, motivation, hands-on problem solving, and applied business knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Calendar maintenance and coordinate of all meetings.
-Data management.
-Travel arrangements.
-Expense filings and processing.
-Maintain and process contractual agreements.
-Coordination of onboarding new hires with Professional development.
-Maintain desk assignments and process.
-Involvement in Business Continuity plan for department.
-Develop and maintain good working relationships with other firm departments (PC Support, Accounting, Contracts, etc.).
-Manage ad hoc projects and reporting as required.
-Provide additional administrative support to department staff as needed.
- Process replies on own initiative or from dictation or notes.
- Arrange essential meetings in priority action.
- Organize and arrange essential mail and/or paperwork.

Confidentiality:
- Assure and maintain confidentiality and discreet handling of all business, e.g. company product, staff, and client information.
- Perform to earn full confidence.
- Protect priority/private tasks.

Qualifications:
-5 or more years of administrative experience supporting multiple executives.
-Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
-Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel required.
-Bachelor’s degree preferred.
