Executive Administrator recruitment

Our client, an Equities Sales/Trading desk, is at present seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant to their team due to an internal restructure and growth within the division.

This role will see the successful candidate provide secretarial and administrative support to approximately 10 bankers in this team. The role will be diverse and varied and specific responsibilities will include typing of correspondence, preparing PowerPoint presentations, diary management, coordination of travel/accommodation, ordering of stationery, maintenance of the client database, basic research as required, processing of expense claims, preparing invoices, assisting in the organisation of corporate events and all related administration.

We are inviting interest from individuals offering a minimum of five years secretarial/administration experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid word/excel/PowerPoint skills and the nous and initiative to make a difference. (A background within financial services whilst not essential would be highly regarded).
