Executive Administrator to Senior Partner Job in New York 10017, New York Us
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages detailed travel schedules and itineraries for the senior partner.
Screens all incoming calls and directs them accurately and accordingly.
Keep senior partner abreast of all daily meetings and conferences.
Work well independently and as a team player.
Willing to perform ad-hoc duties as needed (personal travel, reservations, etc.).
Inputs expense reports and timesheets in a timely fashion.
Acts as a liaison between senior partner and office staff to ensure proper communication.
Collaborates with other administrative staff domestic and internationally to establish procedures that enhance operational policies.
Drafts financial, statistical, narrative, and/or other reports as requested.
Independently composes reports and correspondence as requested.
Organizes, arranges and implements conferences, events and meetings.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Who we're looking for
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, confidential client driven environment.
Ability to take on challenges and has a proactive approach to duties.
College graduate (or equivalent) in applicable field.
Six (6) years of administrative experience, three (3) of which must have included supervision, organization, coordination, and performance of duties at a responsible level.
Intermediate to Advanced software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows XP).
Eagerness to learn customized office techniques and software.
Internet savvy.
