Executive Assistant at a Wealth Management Firm Job in New York 10017, New York Us
Prestigious financial firm seeks a bright, proactive and highly organized executive assistant to provide comprehensive support services to senior management. In this role, you will manage calendars and travel arrangements, prepare and edit drafts of correspondence and presentation materials, and assist in authoring document templates and designing team applications. In addition to managing overall relations with team employees and key external vendors, you will provide general office management support, including filing, copying and scanning, binding, phone support, and performing errands.
Candidates have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record. Please provide GPA with all submissions
- 6-10 years of experience within a similar executive assistant role
- Strong in Microsoft Office suite,
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of advanced Office functions such as Pivot Tables and Mail Merge
- A good eye for graphic design is a plus.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Extreme detail-orientation
- The ability to work independently with discretion, and flexibility in day-to-day tasks
- Should be assertive yet friendly and feel comfortable interacting with individuals across the Firm, including Executive Management.
