Executive Assistant for a reputable Swiss bank in Zurich recruitment
This is an exciting position which will allow you to further develop your career.
In this position, you will take on a wide variety of responsibilities, such as:
- Scheduling and organising meetings and general administrative tasks (especially Team Administration)
- Support projects
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Internal and external correspondence in German and English
For this challenging role, the ideal candidate should have the following background and abilities:
- Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a bank
- Commercial degree or similar
- Further education as “Direktionassistent/in”
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
