Leading energy company has an opening for a full-time Contractor to work as an Executive Assistant in Norwalk, CT ! Do you have great attention to detail want to be part of a great team? Executive Assistant II - Description: Provide administrative support of a broad, varied and complex nature to one Corp Officer and other senior executives and related work teams. Make travel arrangements and coordinate itineraries. Assist in managing expense accounts and budgets. Gather, compile and compose information relevant to the executives function requiring discrete handling of sensitive and confidential information. Prepare presentations, dashboards, reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other business information, and review/edit documents for correct grammatical usage. Answer routine and non-routine inquiries verbally and/or in writing requiring knowledge of sources of information. Communicate with customers and business associates and act as buffer, including screening, prioritizing and directing inquiries to appropriate resources in cases where personal contact with executive is not necessary or appropriate. Coordinate invoice processing, ordering of supplies and distribution of mail. Provide ad hoc support to department leadership team and proactively seek ways to relieve team of administrative detail. Provide backup coverage to administrative team to ensure adequate phone coverage and resources. Skills needed: High School Diploma or GED. 5 years experience in a administrative support or customer service role. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Able and willing to work overtime as required. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated customer service skills. Unyielding integrity and able to preserve absolute confidentiality. Demonstrated confidence and grace under pressure.
