The Central Adelaide Hills Medicare Local is a not-for-profit organisation looking for a dedicated, focused and experienced Executive Assistant to assist the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in an Executive Assistant capacity.
The key responsibilities of this dynamic role are:-
- Providing and organizing the CEO’s diary and appointments;
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders;
- Managing and coordinating Board meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, collating board
reports and following up on meeting action points.You will need an outstanding track record in a similar role anda sound general business understanding. Your personal style will be proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a strong workethic. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required along with a mature, organised and commercial approach.
