Executive Assistant

Randstad North America is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Randstad Corporate Services team. The successful candidate will be career minded, highly motivated, customer service oriented. The Executive Assistant will report into the Senior Vice President and is responsible for providing high-level analytic reporting and administrative support. This position handles requests for information, prepares statistical reports and assists the department and other VPs as needed. In addition, this role is responsible for administrative functions including preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, coordinating meeting logistics and organizing the SVP's calendar, travel arrangements and expense reports. The EA is required to manage confidential information.

The following are essential job accountabilities:
- Analyze data to prepare necessary reports for the SVP and department as needed
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
- Manage and maintain the SVP's calendar
- Plan meetings, conference calls, travel logistics
- Maintain company organizational charts
- Respond to department requests/inquiries
- Assist with various department projects
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education:
- High school diploma

Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's degree

Minimum Experience:
- 3 years Administrative Assistant experience

Minimum Field-of-Expertise:
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office software

Preferred Field-of-Expertise:
- Human Resources or Staffing experience a plus
