Posted Position Title: Executive Assistant Career Level: Experienced Function Services Function Segment: Administration and Support Location: United States U.S. State, China or Canada Provinces: Massachusetts City: Billerica Postal Code: 01821-4111 Relocation Assistance No Role Summary/Purpose: In this role, you will provide office leadership and administrative support for the CEO, Measurement Control and two other direct staff level functional leaders in a fast growing global organization. Essential Responsibilities - Perform wide variety of administrative support activities, which require the handling of business-sensitive and confidential information - Development of presentations, agendas, correspondence and memoranda for a variety of internal and external executive populations - Establishment of meeting and agenda priorities, travel schedules and staff meetings within a very dynamic and ever-changing environment - Organize regular off-site staff meetings and interface with CEOs Direct Reports, as well as planning of regional site visits with high customer interaction - Work with external customers on meeting agendas and events planning - Review and respond to emails and phone calls from other key management personnel across GE and GE Energy as required, using discretion and judgment in gathering and conveying pertinent information in a timely manner - Interface with Corporate GE, governmental agencies, media and community leaders Qualifications/Requirements: - High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
