Remuneration: Administrative officer Level 4BI - $54,835 - $62,526
Assist the Head of Faculty in achieving the goals of the Faculty by providing high level administrative and executive secretarial assistance.
The position is responsible for maintenance of daily activities within the range of tasks to be delegated by the Head of Faculty. The key responsibilities include: provide an executive assistant service to the Head of Faculty, process incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain fi le management and TRIM/fi le registry for the faculty.

Remuneration: Administrative Officer level 3BI - $48,566 - $52,345
The position is responsible to the Campus Operations Manager Desert Peoples Centre, for the provision of effective and effi cient administrative functions; including fi nancial functions, Marketing, and reception operations.
The position is also responsible for coordinating inquiries, including accommodation bookings for BIITE remote annexes, of Yuendumu, Alpara, Nyrripi and Tennant Creek.
