Job Title:  Executive Assistant

Location:  The Coleman Company, Inc.- Golden, Colorado

Relocation:  Relocation is not offered for this position.

Accountabilities:  The Executive Assistant is responsible for the delegation, information management and managing the administrative functions of the Senior Executive Leadership.  The primary accountabilities include:

·         Serves as the liaison between the Executive team and others, both internally and externally, through strong communication skills and processing of requests.

·         Assumes responsibility for confidential and time-sensitive material.

·         Manages the scheduling of appointments of the Executive Leaders in such as way as to allow a balance between requirements of analytical time, communication and relationship loads.

·         Creates and supervises the execution of a methodology for receiving, tracking and handling communications from incoming phone calls, emails and personal visits.

·         Prepares, corrects and summarizes confidential reports, records and correspondence.

·         Captures action items at meetings and efficiently follows up to ensure timely responses to projects and assignments.

·         Oversees the booking of travel arrangements, including international travel, to create maximum profitable use of time of the Executive Leaders.

·         Creates presentations on PowerPoint and Excel and serves as a resource for coordination and delivery of presentation materials including familiarity with presentation equipment.

·         Assists in the preparation of meetings by coordinating and gathering required information, material preparation and response to questions.  Attends weekly staff meetings, takes notes and prepares minutes for distribution.  Writes, compiles, manages and tracks action items.

Required Qualifications:  In order to perform the accountabilities of this positions, candidates must be able to demonstrate:

·         Legal authorization to work in the US.

·         A minimum of 5 years of experience in administration.

·         A master level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

·         The willingness and ability to work early or late when required and in some instances on weekends.

·         A demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

·         The demonstrated ability to display professionalism, a high-level of confidentiality, discretion, tact and diplomacy at all interfaces.

·         The willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time to perform the essential duties of this position.

·         The willingness and ability to relocate to Golden, Colorado without company assistance, if not already located in the area.

Preferred Qualifications:  In addition to the above requirement candidates may be able to demonstrate:

·         A background in legal or global companies.

·         An Associate’s Degree or higher in Business.
