As Ladbrokes continues to grow we are seeking an Executive Assistant to join the Customer Group team based at our Head Office. Reporting to the Managing Director of the Customer Group, the role will provide a range of duties including the following:

Attend meetings with the Marketing team and provide effective secretarial support to the meeting. This includes participating in the meeting and personally taking forward any actions allocated. Brief the Director ahead of meetings, and carry out the necessary background research to enable the effective contribution to the meeting.

Write reports, correspondence, and presentations for the marketing management team. This includes documents for Board meetings where the accuracy, content and implication is crucial.

Review administrative processes on a regular basis to ensure they continually meet the requirements of the office.

Manage issues as they arise and take action to resolve them. This will range from resolving minor issues on a daily basis, to taking action to resolve key, in depth issues that have an impact on the department's credibility.
Candidate Requirements:
• Marketing experience is essential
• Experience of providing secretarial support to high level meetings e.g. Director level board meetings.
• Experience / knowledge of all Microsoft office packages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and can demonstrate interpersonal skills of persuasion, negotiation and arbitration.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Initiative and strong decision making ability.
• Self motivated and ability to work under pressure and unsupervised, prioritising conflicting demands to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of work.
• Educated to degree level.
