Our client, a global and rapidly growing organisation in the manufacturing, retail distribution sector in Sydney's inner-west are seeking to recruit a new Executive Assistant due to recent market growth.

The main function of this role will be to provide personal assistance to the CEO and CFO.
This will include management of international and domestic travel arrangements, diary and email management, expense management, conference and event coordination as well as general administration support for the team. This role will require extensive travel coordination and you will need to demonstrate the ability to write department wide communications and put together biyearly CEO forums.

To excel in this role you must possess exceptional PA/EA skills and you must have worked within a demanding environment. You must possess the ability to hit the ground running, be calm, responsive and outcomes focussed. We also expect that you will have high attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure as well as possess strong skills in all MS Office suite applications.

The successful candidate will have displayed good career progression to date including solid experience in executive or personal assistance. You will be a strong analytical person and have excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across the business.
