Executive Assistant Job in Los Angeles 90067, California US
Growing Investment Firm is looking for a top notch Executive Assistant to support a senior executive in their Los Angeles office. We’re looking for a sophisticated professional with a high caliber of integrity to manage a range of administrative duties and handle matters of great importance and sensitivity. The successful candidate will possess a positive, personable demeanor and demonstrate a high level of initiative as they manage all executive details in this highly visible support role.
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing an ever-changing executive calendar, including planning meetings and conference calls.
• Coordinating complex travel accommodations, including flights, hotel reservations, maps, directions, and ground transportation.
• Preparing and revising meeting and program materials.
• Creating general correspondence, including letters, memos, e-mails, and reports.
• Maintaining general office functions by updating and maintaining databases and files, preparing and processing expense reports, etc.
• Providing key support for special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Solid experience working with a high level executive in a one-on-one support role.
• Ability to multi-task and effectively balance competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for frequent interaction with all staff levels and regular contact with high net worth clients.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• 4-year college degree strongly preferred.
