About the Job
- Maintain departmental lists, organizational charts and electronic and paper filing systems
- Perform general administrative office duties such as compiling and transcribing incoming and outgoing correspondence, memos, and presentations and answering phone
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Organize in-house and off-site meetings to include necessary supplies and AV equipment
- Coordinate travel arrangements through company travel web-site in accordance with Corporate travel policies
- Process expense reports and invoices
- Prepare agendas and
keep minutes of departmental meetings and/or additional meetings when required - Complete additional duties as assigned including supporting internal company projects and initiatives
- 5-7 plus years of experience supporting a senior executive.
- Professional demeanor, professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently handling complex projects and prioritizing and managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines and time constraints
- Solid organizational skills, follow up, and high attention to details
- Strong self confidence and work ethic with a high sense of responsibility in an ever changing environment
- Must be able to handle sensitive matters and exercise excellent judgment
- Proficient use of the Internet as a research tool and Microsoft Office to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
