Overview:

A dynamic and rapidly growing IT company in Rockville is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Operations department.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the CEO

·         Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary

·         Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner

Desired Skills/Experience

·         At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant

·         Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings

·         Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

·         Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management

·         Excellent organizational and planning skills

·         Strong communication skills

·         Demonstrated problem analysis and problem solving skills

·         Proven judgment and decision-making ability

·         Ability to take initiative while maintaining flexibility

·         Shows attention to detail and accuracy
