Located in Sydney, it’s the perfect opportunity for someone looking to continue or further their career in a high level EA role. A extremely varied role you will have the ability to prioritise daily tasks, manage expenses, office management and some property knowledge. The successful candidate will also have advanced computer skills, the ability to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously, with the a sense of urgency. You will be remunerated with an outstanding salary package and friendly work environment.
Your daily duties will include but not limited to.
· Ensures the appropriate notice is given and documentation prepared and delivered for directors‘ meetings, agendas are distributed and minutes kept
· Ensures that documentation is prepared and distributed at the appropriate times for general meetings
· Printing for our director, sorting out all his paperwork into priority categories
· Reading through his emails and sorting by priority
· Filing for various things around the site
· DA, notices etc soft copying and also hard copy filing
· Lease filing and soft copying
· Must be very able in outlook, word, excel along with a great computer knowledge
· Answering the main line phone and transferring to appropriate people / or when they can help them out themselves
· Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
· Provide word-processing and secretarial support
· Assist the Executive Director and other staff as requested
· Provide administrative services for the Executive Director
