Macquarie Funds Group (MFG) is Macquarie Group's funds management business. We currently have the opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) London department.  This role will report to an Executive/Division Director plus provide support to a team and will be responsible for ensuring all the support requirements of the team operate smoothly and efficiently.

This is a fast paced busy role requiring a positive, confident and proactive approach as well as exceptional time management and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive diary management for director(s)

• Arranging client events and meetings

• Booking business travel and accommodation, meeting rooms, conference calls, restaurants etc

• Collation of team attendance

• Client and inter-departmental liaison

• Answering the telephone and dealing with all calls professionally

• Compilation of expenses and processing invoices

• Maintaining an office "paper" and "electronic" filing system

• Printing, binding, gathering meeting materials

The key stills required for this role are:

• intermediate/advanced skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• highly organised and have excellent time management skills

• demonstrate a proactive approach with the ability to fully understand the nature of the business and priorities within the team

• be resourceful and have the ability to work independently as well as within a team

• display a high level of attention to detail and a strong client service orientation

• thrive in a dynamic business where accuracy, hard work and flexibility are imperative

• have excellent verbal and written communication skills
