Responsibilities
• Coordinate complex calendars, including internal/external, often global, meetings and conference calls
• Handle a high volume of phones calls and interact with senior business leaders in a professional and effective manner
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and processes expense reports
• Relay information in a timely manner, coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences and special events.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company resources when dealing with sensitive team reports
• Other miscellaneous projects and general admin duties (room booking, telephone answering, photocopying/printing/scanning).
• Able to take on ad hoc projects while maintaining work flow and miscellaneous general office duties and administrative support.
• Assist with/produce reporting for teams
Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast paced environment where a strong customer service manner is required at all times. They will have a desire to excel and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be able to prioritize a variety of time-sensitive tasks and understand relevant levels of urgency, still retaining high attention to detail
- Must be a team player that works well under pressure, who is articulate and resourceful.
- Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to display a consistent, professional degree of communication
- Self-starting team player with a positive attitude, excellent anticipation skills; problem solving; follow up.
- Must have excellent judgment; be an independent thinker and comfortable working with people at all organisational levels
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Outlook.
