We are now inviting qualified individuals to join this team in the role of Executive Assistant, supporting the Head of PCM Australia. A team of 70 across Australia, PCM is a priority team in the Australian business and this position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and efficiency of this department.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional executive assistant support to the Head of PCM Australia, as well as the wider PCM Management team as required
- Managing the administrative requirements for the wider PCM team including coordination of team events and communication updates
- Diary management including the scheduling of meetings, room bookings, catering requirements etc
- Coordinate travel arrangements including arranging itinerary for visiting employees
- Assist with internal and external queries and re-direct to appropriate staff as required
- Expense management
- Management of employee onboarding activities
Qualifications:
To be successful in this position you will need:
- The Higher School Certificate or equivalent secondary school qualification;
- A Secretarial or Office Administration Diploma highly regarded though not essential
- Proven experience providing administrative support at an executive level within a mid to large corporate environment;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills;
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and within challenging timeframes;
- The ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and show initiative when needed.
