This exciting opportunity will see you provide the highest level of support to ANZ's Head of Platform Delivery Channels Head of Credit Cards, Product Development in Retail Banking, APAC. You will be in charge of all administrative matters and facilitate the smooth running of diaries, travel and other ad hoc duties with a focus on providing value added support. The role involves coordinating extensively with different departments and key persons within the APAC region.

You may be required to provide support to the broader leadership team for key activities such as internal events, overseas visitor support and support for other key initiatives as required. You will prepare, co-ordinate and distribute agendas, minutes and other relevant information for executive meetings.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with the highest level of Executive Assistant experience and demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast paced and diverse banking environment. Generalist knowledge of, or interest in Banking practices and appreciation of the confidential nature of this sector will be considered highly advantageous. Your advanced written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships will ensure your success in the role. Systems skills including MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel are a must have.
