Executive Assistant recruitment

Primary responsibilities include creating PowerPoint presentations for portfolio reviews, managing calendars, coordinating travel, planning meetings, report preparation and handling incoming phone calls. This role provides the chance to interact with multiple departments and the variety of tasks provides for an interesting opportunity.

Desired Skills Experience:

• Strong powerpoint skills to create and edit complex presentations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Highly organized, ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• Reasoning ability: Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions given in written or verbal form.
• Ability to use interpersonal skills to work successfully with all levels of the organization.
• Solid Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience.
• At least three years administrative experience, preferably within the investment industry.
• Basic understanding of stocks, stock markets and the financial services industry.
