Executive Assistant recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Managing Directors
- Arrange the logistics and scheduling of business events and meetings
- Prepare correspondences and documents in English and Chinese
- Assist in technical tasks and activities, e.g. report generation, compilation of data and preparation of PowerPoint presentation materials
- Undertake some research including financial data, company profile and other general information
- Assist in ad hoc projects and other administration support in the office
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferred
- Minimum 3 years of secretarial and administrative experience, preferably in financial sector
- Able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, responsible, well-organized, meticulous with details and accuracy, flexible and with professional manner
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
- Good computer skill in MS Office applications and Chinese typing
